    Please Join Us for the Committee of the Whole – Lovingly known as the COW!

    This is where we come together as a community and dream up what’s next. The monthly COW meetings provide an opportunity to engage FAC members and others in a discussion, and in the creative work and activities of the FAC.

    Tuesday August 5
    Monthly on the Second Tuesdays 7 – 8:30pm at the Powerhouse Art Studio. (3940 Fremont Ave. N)

    The monthly COW meetings include opportunities to:

    • Hear one minute announcements from our community
    • Share your creative adventures and engage others
    • Learn how to get involved in upcoming events and artful gatherings
    • Brainstorm!
    • Hear presentations from community members about cool projects and events
    • Find out what the FAC Leadership Teams are up to, and how to get involved.

    Leadership Teams:

    Did you know that Luminata is created by volunteers? Come on down to the planning meetings this month and be part of the mayhem that makes this happen!
    Your ideas and participation are needed.

    Time: Gather at 7 pm. Meetings will start promptly at 7:10 and adjourn by 9pm.

    Tuesday August 1: Program and Events Leadership Team

    This team meets 1st Tuesdays at: The Powerhouse, 3940 Fremont Ave. N.

    The Events team will plan and produce awesome and memorable events and art workshops and develop ideas for new events and programs. It’s time to plan for the 2017 Luminata and much more!

    Wednesday August 16: Communications, Outreach & Development (COD) Leadership Team

    This team now meets 3rd Wednesdays at: Works Progress Co-work Space: 115 N. 85th St. #202 (Across 85th from Bartells. Enter around back from the alley off 1st Ave NW).

    The COD team will plan and secure funding to sustain the FAC and its programs. Refresh our fundraising and outreach materials, including website and social media.
