And most of all, EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU! There is no Luminata without everyone who comes out! This “parade” was not a spectator sport. You all came to make this warm, glowing celebration an experience not soon forgotten. You arrived with lanterns, flash lights, instruments, costumes, sculptures…decorated umbrellas, bicycles, dogs, and babies…some of you had NO idea what you were walking into, and surrendered yourself to the creative vitality and spectacle! All of you brought a little bit of yourselves and your own autumnal traditions, and wove them into a luminous community quilt. Thank you all, and see you at Trolloween!

Trolloween – Tuesday October 31 at 7pm at the Fremont Troll

Trolloween is a the birthday party for the Fremont Troll. Historically many strange and playful things have occurred at this unique, immersive event. The celebration starts at 7pm sharp with a performance at the Fremont Troll on Halloween, October 31st. After the performance, we begin the Haunt of Fremont, marching around town with a band, and all of us in outrageous costumes. Come before 7pm and march away by 8m with us, or be left in the settling dust and lingering sounds of our rebellious laughter. Click here for event details.
