Hi,
I’d like to photograph the parade and OK I won’t stand in the middle of the street when a marching band goes by (although I could get a great shot with a wide angle lens.) However, I live in Snohomish and it’s a major hassle for me to drive down to Fremont for a meeting. Is there any other way I can get a photographer’s pass?
TIA,
